Hanover Hill Honored with National Quality Award

Hanover Hill Health Care Center was recently recognized as a 2010 recipient of the "Bronze- Commitment to Quality" National Quality Award presented by the American Health Care Association, a trade organization with approximately 11,000 members nationwide. This year, 701 nursing homes and assisted living communities from across the nation applied for the Bronze Quality Award. HHHCC was one of over 450 organizations to receive the award.

Facilities begin their quality journey at the Bronze level, where they are asked to develop an organizational profile including mission and vision statements and an awareness of their environment and customers' expectations. The facility may now move forward in developing approaches and achieving performance levels that meet the criteria required for the "Silver- Achievment in Quality" award.

Hanover Hill Receives Deficiency-Free Health Survey from NH Department of Health and Human Services

We are proud to announce that Hanover Hill Health Care Center had its annual state survey in November of 2009 and received zero health deficiencies. Skilled nursing facilities are highly monitored and must meet strict state and federal guidelines. This is monitored through annual unannounced state surveys conducted by the Department of Health and Human Services, and governed by the federal agency Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services. We realize that a perfect survey is extremely hard to achieve and we attribute this honor to the hard work and dedication to quality care and services by all employees.
