Dining Assistant/Dishwasher
Hanover Hill Health Care Center interviewing for a Dining Assistant to assist in serving meals and snacks to residents in our upscale, 124-bed long-term care facility. Position will also handle food preparation and clean up in the kitchen area. Will train. Must be at least 16 years of age.
Hanover Hill Health Care Center is now interviewing for a Dining Assistant/Dishwasher to join our Dining Services Department.
This department is responsible for providing the highest quality dining experience to meet the dietary needs of our residents in our upscale, 124-bed long-term care and skilled nursing facility located on a beautiful campus in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years of age. Must possess and maintain a customer service-oriented attitude with personnel, residents, family members, government agencies/personnel, and the general public. Must be able to read, write and speak the English language in an understandable manner. Must possess the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions and to accept constructive criticism. Must be flexible in receiving work duties during work hours.
Responsibilities
Maintain the flexibility to be trained and work in both the dish room as well as in the dining areas throughout the facility. Perform daily and scheduled duties as well as special cleaning of work areas and equipment in the kitchen, in accordance with established policies and procedures. Deliver and pick up food carts, trays, etc. to designated areas. Wash carts and condiment containers as directed. Assist in serving meals and snacks as necessary on a timely basis. Assist with food service in accordance with established policies and procedures. Assure that food service schedules are followed as closely as practical. Assure that assigned work areas are maintained in a clean and sanitary, safe, comfortable and in an attractive manner.
