Nursing Staff Scheduler - LNA $17-22/hr

Hanover Hill is seeking an organized, professional and motivated candidate to fill the role of Nursing Scheduler / Licensed Nursing Assistant. This position requires a current, unencumbered LNA license in the State of NH.

Experience Requirements Minimum of 1 year working as an LNA. Experience with staff scheduling preferred.

Qualifications

Must possess current, unencumbered LNA license in the State of NH. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization skills and attention to detail; have great interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with peers and supervisors; practice outstanding customer service-focused communication and experience working as a company team member. This position requires the ability to display kindness and consideration and be flexible to finding solutions and scheduling accommodations to staff as needed. Must be able to multi-task and solve problems quickly. Some experience in scheduling / secretarial duties preferred.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Assistant Director of Nursing to manage and maintain appropriate daily staffing levels throughout the nursing department. Create schedules, confirm pick-up shifts, problem-solve unexpected schedule changes. Send out messages to staff to communicate open shifts and find appropriate coverage. Create training schedules for newly hired staff which assure proper training throughout nursing units. Become proficient in the use of the company's scheduling platform. May be called upon to assist with LNA duties on the nursing units. Opportunity to pick up additional LNA shifts as available.
