JOB SUMMARY:
The 3-11 Nurse Supervisor will assume the role of overseeing evening nursing assignments and delegating administrative authority, responsibility and accountability to staff nurses and aides. You are charged with carrying out and ensuring that all resident/patient care policies and procedures established by this facility are being adhered to.
As a nurse working in rehab, clinical, geriatric, and palliative care at Hanover Hill Health Care Center, you'll have the opportunity to get to know your patients’ conditions and ailments to create their most personalized plan-of-care, using advanced technology and equipment, including PointClickCare. You will be part of a true interdisciplinary team who work together to best meet the needs and comforts of our residents and staff on a comprehensive level.
